We’re a sucker for a pretty face. Especially one hand carved into helmet shell. What can we say? We love a good cameo. And while we really enjoy the standard cameo brooch, we like to shake things up now and then. And a cameo ring is just enough out of the ordinary to do that.
What We Love About It: The delicate sweet profile of the woman depicted. She’s left facing (which is more rare than right facing) and her features are sweet and delicate (we aren’t big fans of the bold angry looking women cameos. We see enough of that in real life.). Plus, as an added bonus, look at that undercarriage. To. Die. For.
The Deets: The ring is modeled in 12kt yellow gold (which tells us it was likely made in Europe sometime between the early 20th century to the mid 20th century) and features a smooth shank leading to a pierced gallery housing a natural helmet shell cameo. It’s currently a size 5.25 US but could easily be sized up or down a couple of sizes by our jeweler (options are available above here in this listing) or by yours).
