As it’s raining outside our studio windows, we’re hoping that the droplets are going to bring us pretty flowers. But as we’ve said before, if not, we have the more permanent kinds of floral arrangements inside to keep our spirits up. And one of our current favorites is this antique hand-painted porcelain floral bar pin.
What We Love About It: The simplicity and antique feel of it, fitted with the delicate light blue and pink flowers. It’s one of those brooches that goes with almost everything!
The Deets: The porcelain is prong-set in what we believe is a brass mounting and pin stem. It measures 2″ by .5″ and is from somewhere between the late nineteenth century and the very early twentieth century.
If you’re looking for a little bunch of posies to brighten up your day, this is just the bunch to do it. No rain required.
